I'm Hungry

Okay, so I am just on my second day and I am super hungry! Why is it that my brain refuses to help me out here. I know I have had enough to eat. When I was done with lunch I was full. Now all of a sudden one hour later, I am hungry. I know I am not really hungry. Its just my brain saying, why dont you go eat something, it tastes good. So, I am just going to go for a walk with my son and my dog and hopefully the craving to eat will pass. I am such a loser when it comes to all this weight loss stuff. I hope it gets better!!!!!

Wow, I thought I did good today at about 1500 calories until I realized that your goal is 1300 per day. Now I wish I hadn't decided to drink that Orange Crush I thought I had enough calories left over for. This is a competition, yo. I better step it up a notch.

Whoops, that comment was intended for your previous blog entry. Anyway, regarding this one, you know it is just your mind messing with you, so you just need to remember that. Plus, maybe you really are hungry now, but the less you eat, eventually your body will adapt and will not need those extra calories any more because it will be smaller. And 1300 calories a day is NOT very much, so if you even come close to that, you are doing pretty well.

Yeah, I decided to do 1300 for that very reason... its not much at all and even if I go over by a hundred it is STILL not very many calories. And I know what you mean about my mind messing with me... my mini-goal for tomorrow is to eat fruit and veggies when I am craving a snack. That will really help.
